Research Managers/Executives

Responsibilities:
Plan and manage both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork
Perform research design and reporting
Implement projects according to the research specifications.
Coordinate with internal & external clients and ensure that the research meets strategic objectives
Deliver quality data in a timely manner
Train, lead and manage a project team
Constantly review operational procedures/ systems and recommend changes to improve efficiency

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or  Professional Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
Required skill(s): SPSS, POWERPOINT, STATISTIC
At least 2 year(s) of experience in related field
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
Able to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and driven with a sense of ownership
Being organized and meticulous is essential
Able to work independently as well as in a team
